AOC E40 featuring 4 inch display gets revealed

AOC – a Taiwanese computer display manufacturer has now launched a new android powered smartphone for Indian market dubbed AOC E40. This is an entry level smartphone with a low price of INR 5,299 rupees.

AOC officially announced AOC E40 on Friday via their Twitter account but they didn’t provide any details about availability of this upcoming smartphone.

AOC E40 smartphone supports dual SIM feature and it runs on Andorid 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box. This new smartphone features a 4 inch WVGA display with a screen resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.

AOC E40 is powered by dual core processor clokced at speed of 1.2 GHz and is coupled with 512 MB of main memory (RAM). The graphics of this smartphone is powered by ARM Mali 400 chipset.

The internal storage space of AOC E40 is 4 GB which can be later expanded up to 32 GB of storage space via external micro SD card. This latest smartphone from AOC sports a 2 MP camera on its back with a LED flash light and also carries a 0.3 MP VGA front snapper on board.

The connectivity options of AOC E40 includes basic connectivity standards like WiFI, bluetooth, FM radio, micro USB, 3G, GPRS etc. This new device will be available in two different colors namely White and Black colors.

AOC E40 is packed with 1,600 mAh Lithium Polymer battery which has the capability to deliver 13 hours of talk time on 3G connection and 15 hours on 2G connection.
