iBall Andi 4L Pulse – A Windows Phone 8.1
It looks like iBall is all set to launch its Windows Phone for India in the name of iBall Andi 4L Pulse which is now available for just Rs. 4899 according to established retailer. iBall Andi 4L Pulse is the first smartphone to run on Windows 8.1 operating system from iBall.
iBall has made no official announcement regarding iBall Andi 4L Pulse but a retailer Mahesh Telcom tweeted that iBall is likely to release Andi 4L Plus very soon.
Also the retailer leaked some specifications and promotional images about the new Windows Phone. iBall Andi 4L Pulse will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 200 chipset with quad core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz clock speed. This latest smartphone will come with 1 GB of RAM and runs on Windows Phone 8.1 out of the box.

iBall Andi 4L Pulse will sport a 4 inch TFT display screen with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. Carries a 5 MP of rear camera with BSI sensor and has 4 GB of internal storage space which can be later increased by external microSD card.
It includes basic connectivity standards like WiFi, Bluetoorh v3.0, micro USB, etc. iBall Andi 4L Pulse packs a 1500 mAh. With the launch of this new smartphone iBall Andi 4L Pulse will become the cheapest Windows Phone in India.
Following the launch of iBall Andi 4L Pulse, Clekon is ready with Celkon Win 400 which costs Rs. 4979 and Lava is set to launch Lava Iris Win1 for a price of Rs. 4999.
It is also notable that earlier this week Microsoft launched its cheapest smartphone with 4G connectivity in India named Nokia Lumia 638 for price of Rs. 8299 with exclusive Airtel offer.
