LG Nexus 5 (2015) release date and specifications tipped

Today, once again the all new upcoming smartphone dubbed as LG Nexus 5 (2015) has made the headlines. A new leak suggests the specifications and release date of LG Nexus 5 (2015). This smartphone is expected to be officially launched by this September, 2105. The specifications of this device has been leaked by AndroidPolice.com.

Last week, the report said that LG Nexus 5 (2015) will be featuring a 5.2 inch full high definition display with screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and under the hood LG Nexus 5 (2015) is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 808 chipset. This device is coupled with 3 GB of main memory (RAM) and the graphics is powered by Adreno 418 chipset.

The new leak adds that LG Nexus 5 (2015) will sport a USB Type C port and will be running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box (or at least will get update for Android 6.0 soon after the official release).

Regarding the camera specifications, LG Nexus 5 (2015) is set to sport a 13 MP primary camera but the new leak suggests that it will carry a 12.5 MP sensor and a 5 MP front camera gets on board. LG Nexus 5 (2015) will be backed up by a 2700 mAh battery and the internal storage space will be 16 / 32 GB but there will be no options for upgrading the default memory space.

LG Nexus 5 (2015) will be available in three flavors – Blue, White and Black colors. With reference to the new report, LG Nexus 5 (2015) will be launched by the end of September, 2105. Unfortunately that’s all we have got right now, but will soon update the complete specifications as soon as details start to flow out.
