OnePlus CEO revealed specifications of OnePlus Two smartphone
Previously co founder of OnePlus – Carl Pei revealed the time frame for the release of OnePlus Two smartphone during Q3 pof 2015. This new smartphone is the successor of the firm’s most sold smartphone OnePlus One. On Wednesday the CEO of OnePlus Liu Zuohu unveiled the specifications of OnePlus Two.
Liu Zuohu said on Weibo that OnePlus Two will carry a price tag of CNY 2,499 which is approximately INR 25,000 rupees and will be sporting Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 chipset. Although the CEO has not confirmed the price he just said that 2499 will be reasonable price for OnePlus Two so the price hasn’t been finalized yet. But one thing for sure is that its cost will be under INR 30,000 rupees.
It is also worth mentioning that OnePlus has confirmed that a cheaper smartphone will be launched towards the end of the uear 2015 so we can rest assure that OnePlus Two will be affordable. The firm also mentioned that they plan to make 3 – 5 million smartphone sales in 2015 and make 10 million in 2016.
Now regarding the specifications of OnePlus Two, it will be featuring a 5.5 inch quad high definition display with screen resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 805 or 810 chipset and is coupled with 4 GB of main memory (RAM). The internal storage specs of OnePlus Two will be 32 GB which can be increased via an external micro SD card.
The camera specifications of OnePlus Two will be sporting a 20 or 16 MP rear camera along with a LED flash light and a 5 MP front snapper gets on board as well. This device is backed with a 3,300 battery. The connectivity options of OnePlus Two includes 2G, 3G, 4G networks, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, micro USB, OTG etc.
