ZTE Blade S6 to launch on 10th February, 2105

ZTE has announced a new smartphone to Blade series of smartphones dubbed ZTE Blade S6, ZTE announced the launch of their new smartphone during an event held at Hong Kong.

ZTE officially announced that ZTE Blade S6 will carry a price tag of $249.99 which is approximately INR 15,300 rupees and will be available globally from 10th February, 2105. This smartphone will be available via Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, etc. For Indian customers this smartphone will be available via AliExpress.

ZTE Blade S6 will run on Android 5.0 lollipop out of the box with ZTE’s MiFavor 3.0 user interface running on top of it. This new smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 chipset with octa core processor and is coupled with 2 GB of main memory (RAM).

ZTE Blade S6 becomes the first smartphone in the world to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 chipset with octa core processor running on ANdroid 5.0 Lollipop operating system.

ZTE Blade S6 also has Smart Sense gesture motion control and ZTE’s AliveShare app for network less communication are some of the other notable features of this smartphone.

ZTE Blade S6 supports dual SIM facility (only Nano SIM cards) and features a 5 inch high definition display with screen resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels with in – cell technology. This latest android smartphone carries a 16 GB of internal memory space which can be later expanded through external micro SD card. ZTE says that this smartphone has Hi Fi sound capability.

ZTE Blade S6 sports a 13 MP camera on its back with auto focus features backed with Sony’s IMX 214 sensor and LED flash light. It carries a 5 MP front snapper. This smartphone is packed with 2400 mAh battery.

Connectivity options of ZTE Blade S6 includes basic standards like WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, 4G LTE connectivity, micro USB, FM radio, etc. Also this smartphone packs sensors like compass, ambient light, proximity and gyroscope.
