The all new Oppo R7 Plus has been launched in India

On Wednesday, Oppo officially launched two of its new smartphones dubbed as Oppo R7 Plus and Oppo R7 Lite. Both of these smartphones supports 4G LTE connectivity and will be available in two different colors – Silver and Gold flavors. The price of Oppo R7 Plus is around INR 29, 990 rupees and Oppo R7 Lite carries a price tag of INR 17, 990 rupees.

Regarding the specifications of Oppo R7 Plus, it features a 6 inch full high definition AMOLED display screen and will sport a fingerprint scanner placed on its rear panel. This smartphone will be running on ColorOS 2.1 operating system developed by Oppo out of the box which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Oppo R7 Plus is backed up by a 4100 mAh battery and offers connectivity standards such as WiFi, Bluetooth, 2g, 3G, 4G LTE, FM radio, micro USB, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE etc. The internal storage space of Oppo R7 Plus is 32 GB of memory space and it can be further expanded up to 128 GB with the help of an external micro SD card.

Under the hood, Oppo R7 Plus is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 chipset based on 64 bit architecture with octa core processor (one quad core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.5 GHz speed and another quad core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1 GHz speed). Oppo R7 Plus is coupled with 3 GB of main memory (RAM) and the graphics of the device is powered by Adreno 305 GPU chipset.

Regarding the camera specifications, Oppo R7 Plus sports a 13 MP rear camera with f/ 2.2 aperture and ISOCELL image sensor along with a LED flash light and an 8 MP front snapper with f/ 2.4 aperture. Oppo claims that Oppo R7 Plus uses Pure image 2.0 + technology which has ability to create ultra high definition pictures with 50 MP resolution and also says that rear camera takes only 0.7 seconds to launch and takes only 0.1 second for auto focusing.

Oppo R7 Plus physically measure about 158 x 82 x 7.75 millimeters and weighs about 182 grams. This new smartphone features VOOC flash charging technology and will provide two hours of talk time with just five minutes of charging the device. Firm claims that Oppo R7 Plus takes only 30 minutes to charge 75 % of battery life.
